Lessons

• If the lesson is cancelled with 24 hours (or more) notice, then the lesson can be rescheduled/refunded in full

• If the lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be given. The lesson may be rescheduled at the discretion of the instructor.

• If the student doesn’t show for whatever reason, the lesson will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given.

• Lesson cancellations initiated by the instructor will be made up at no expense to the student.

Group Classes + Workshops

• Students who cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the class or workshop will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations/refunds requested less than 48 hours before the start of the class or workshop will incur a 30% penalty. 

• Refunds/Cancellations requested after the class or workshop has started will be considered on an individual basis, however, in most cases, no refunds will be considered after the commencement of the class/workshop.
